Help Squad Dynamics and relationships

Does anyone know how to get squad relationships over 6 or 7 because I can’t on any save for the whole game? Also how can I improve my squad dynamics as on this save I have F grade work rate F grade moral even though the players are happy and F grade loyalty - how can I improve these as it leads to less pressing efficiency and a less resilient squad? Cheers.

I’m not that experienced but i think motivating and mentoring with people willing to mentor others (or atleast 1 green) should help. For now, I’ll leave it to the more experienced players.

I just a sell or release any non important/reserve players that drags my ratings down. Usually takes from a F to a B  grade afterwards.

I have no players like that, pretty much all of them have sideways arrows and idk how to improve them. Some of my players have a downwards arrow for work rate though, do you know how I could get that up at least?

Try buying some Upwards Arrow players.

Just so you know, more than 6 or 7 relationships is definitely possible
