I tried your tactics with Everton without signing any players (except 2-3 backups). No tweak. Tried it the way you posted, results are decent at best.Could you tell more about the tweaks that you make during the game.

Pep likes to have someone holding width to stretch the opposition and looking at the formation a lot of player and in the center and another thing to look at is that city are really a very disciplined team and don't think expressive really reflect, matbe man utd has that.
