Help What is the most effective way to train?

As the title says however it should be able to work with all players not just for wonderkids or quality players.  For example players who seem to be really good on the pitch but are capped because your coach thinks he's not good enough despite mentoring, loans etc, The kind of player that always helps your team win but has low stats for some reason and then don't develop at all.

In that situation, you may unfortunately have a player with high CA but low PA. It could be frustrating but that’s how the game works. You can train him as hard you want but he won’t improve that much I’m afraid.
