CHOOSING THE SQUAD

I chose Jeonnam Dragons because I have managed them before & I love them. The club founded in 1994, have already won 3x times! Hoping I can try & win a fourth as well as gain promotion.

STADIUM & FACILITIES

On my first day, I asked the board to improve the stadium & facilities. The board declined this request but the club still offers 'good' youth & 1st team facilities. The Stadium holds a modest 13,000 supporters.

STAFF, FINANCES & TRAINING

The training regime was delegated to my assistant manager Hwang Dong-Jin. The finances are very secure. The staff room has been bolstered & in a few area's improved.

SQUAD

One of my more interesting and challenging saves because the transfer market started a few months into the season. I looked to strengthen every are of my team with a modified version of the 2012 attributes. Many players were not good enough for the squad & got sold or released.

TACTICS

I used my Attacking Tiki Taka Tactic for this career. To be honest, the tactic was more inconsistent than I thought it would be & we leaked many leads. Our attack was weak and most wins were by narrow margins.

THE RESULT

My 1st season with Jeonnam Dragons was fantastic, with us winning the Hana 1Q FA Cup & promotion to the 1st division! Really surprised by this as our results felt inconsistent & our attack was week. Our defence appears to be what won us these results & we had the best in the league.
