Help Senior Affiliates

What is the purpose of having senior affiliates? In my Sassuolo save, I have Juventus and Roma as senior affiliates but they never send me players. How do I use these clubs to my advantage?

I just assume it'd be easier to secure players on loan from them

I don’t know how much advantage this actually gives you if any to be honest, being Juventus or Roma in this situation is the only positive IMO. As you can send Sassuolo some loan players, doesn’t mean much if you’re managing Sassuolo as the computer being in charge of roma and juventus won’t think of sending you players on loan.
