I never knew there’s a free agent day but mine was this Peruvian regen signed when managing Burnley back in fmm 2018. He did go on to win the world’s best player

Signed Richarlison to Boston United in the Championship on FM20. Two seasons later we got to the Prem.

I've noticed after season 1 or 2 theres a few big name players that just don't sign a contract or have offers.

 

I'm sure it was FMM18 or 19 where I seen Goretzka had been a free agent for nearly 2 years but his stats were still the same

I can’t remember off the top of my head from previous versions but I’ve signed Donnarumma pretty much every long term career on a free this year. I just signed Paul Pogba on a free after two seasons at Barca as well.
