Help inconsistent player trait

hi guys, im aware that you can get rid of the “inconsistent player” trait for young players by mentoring them with a consistent player. but you can’t mentor a senior player so if anyone knows how to get rid of it please lmk thanks in advance.

I don't think there's anyway to fix that... The best bet would be to warn / fine them via Talk to Player after rating of 5 or lower, but although I've seen that help with Professionalism, Work Rate, Ability to cope with pressure, and Determination, I don't think I've ever seen it help with Inconsistency. 🙁 Personally I just steer clear of inconsistent players.
