Help 'Not at Club' tickbox

I can't find an explanation of the below tick box anywhere...any help would be appreciated :).

Hemel are semi pro so perhaps this just means he's off doing his day job?

No it’s not. That’s ridiculous mate 😂

It just means if the player has relationship with someone that is not from your club, they won’t be shown if you unchecked the box.
