CHOOSING THE SQUAD

I chose FC Bayern Munich because they have dominated German football for years & I rarely manage big clubs. FC Bayern Munich are the most successful club in German football winning a record 31 titles., 9x consecutively since 2013. I wanted to put my philosophy to the test with one of the bigger clubs.

STADIUM & FACILITIES

On my 1st day, I asked the board to improve the stadium & facilities. The Facilities are now state of the art! The stadium holds around 75,000 supporters.

STAFF,TRAINING & FINANCES

The training regime was delegated to our Assistant Manager Hermann Gerland. The finances are in a healthy state. The staff room needed no additions or upgrading as they were already state of the art!

SQUAD

The squad underwent an overhaul of sorts with many younger players released. There were quite a few players which stayed at the club with some improvements made. The finances remained healthy due to some high outgoings.

TACTICS

I used my attacking Tiki Taka Tactic with DLF upfront instead of trequartista. We had one the best attacks & defences in the league. Sane & Gnabry made incredible inside forward.

THE RESULT

The result of my 1st season with FC Bayern Munich was successful, winning another bundesliga & the UEFA Super Cup. We were a bit inconsistent this season with hoffenheim really pushing us. We went far in the cups, European & domestic but fell short at the final hurdle.
