You can't keep slating the English when you choose to use Englisb players. Somewhere deep down there's a bit of love  I think. 🤣

😂I do love Alfie, he’s pretty Devine tbh. But I think I’m just slating England to make it ok that I’m managing them, I’m dealing with it my own way🤣

I think tomorrow now, I’m half way through season 4 now, been busy couple of days, but I’m sure I can fit it in tomorrow instead of work. You’re killing yours, I’m expecting an update off you soon!

Yeah he’s been great with injuries before this, fingers crossed it’s not the start of him getting more!

Second career in a row where I’ve been sacked by England, I guess they don’t like their Welshman! I’m sure it has nothing to do with me losing to Denmark in the first knockout stage of the World Cup😂

Season 4

Welcome back to season 4 of this Devine career, it’s taken me a little longer to play this week, I’ve been a bit busier. Also managing international team made things harder, so hopefully I can play faster now that they bloody sacked the best manager in the world!

So I finally managed to get my boy Dan James in, he’s quality for any team, so I’m happy to bring him in to the Dutch league where he should tear it up! Also Christian Erkisen brough in to be the back up for Devine for a season, I was feeling sentimental.

Club Results

 

So I can’t press on my club fixtures for whatever reason, it’s usually to do with being an international manager. Their’s too many games I believe. But yeah we had another dominant season, I actually reverted back to my old tactic after starting the season a lot more attacking.

Got sacked. He did however make the most of playing games for England as you’ll see later.

Alfie And The Devine Squad

 

So he had his best season, with less games, at 19 he’s pretty incredible, his tackling went up as well which we love to see, nothing else though. He scored a nice 22 goals for England in the year, shame it’s his last under my guidance. But I was growing bored of international management, so I’m genuinely not gutted.

Signed for £4.5m first season, I would highly recommend this young man, he’s excellent, 19 crossing as well.

So very happy with that, he’s still only 19, but I don’t see how things will improve drastically, unless he starts scoring a hat trick every game, which won’t happen.

Yeah it’s a shame as I had figured out I could pick my own friendlies, so he got a cool 22, but on the flip side I wasn’t enjoying it, it was taking away the fun from Ajax. Thanks Dai 😁

I've had Lloris be advised to retire as well, but that was after a skull fracture that kept him out for almost a year. A groin niggle seems a bit OTT to retire from.

Yeah I wish I screenshot the injury but I didn’t think anything of it, especially as it was a month injury, but sending to the physio turned it in to a two month injury, crazy really!
