Not in FMM21, since Austria isn't a playable league. Closest you could get is to do a 'My Club' and replace a team in the Bundesliga (for example) with your own 'Red Bull Salzburg', with custom strip and custom players if you wanted to.

Sucks especially with introduction of affiliate clubs this year that Austrian league not playable. Keep your fingers crossed next year Austria and Brazil are added and could do the whole Red Bull pyramid RBL>RB Salzburg>NYRB>RB Bragatino .. 🤞🤞🤞
