Chat Scouting tips?

Any tips on scouting? I'm trying to play the game more realistically but keep getting the same players recommended.

I have a youth scout and a first team scout. I vary the regions but some regions, such as Europe, are full of so many good players, but hardly get recommendations outside of the few they found. I'm training in Argentina.

@FuddledFox since you created that topic in the 2020 forum, any tips you have to share?

my personal favs are south america, asia and east europe. they have clubs with really nice facilities and their values are usually quite good

Same as above for the recommendations. Also, when I play a lower league club, I usually scout Africa for youngsters and get all the ones fitting my tactic and showing potential in key attributes. I am very rarely disappointed. They're often extremely cheap and ask for low salaries.
