Can anybody help me to improve this tactics ?

That's similar to one I've been using in my York save.

Personally, I'd take off Early Crosses, Work Into the Box and Through Balls.
They're all kind of conflicting instructions.

I really like Shoot on Sight as it raises my shots at goal up, even with a weaker team. But not everyone does. I know that some people swear by Run at Defence too, I've never got it to work as my players generally don't have good dribbling so get dispossessed easily.

I also don't like using Fast Tempo as it will really tire out your players when used alongside Closing Down All Over. I'd reduce one of them otherwise you're asking your team to press the opposition all over the pitch, and then play the ball off to a team mate as quickly as possible. Which will probably lead to you giving the ball away a lot
