Help Finds it hard to get motivated for matches in the

A good amount of players in my squad the "Finds it hard to get motivated for matches in the Vanarama North" in the personal tab appears as a negative. So I suppose the player wants to play in a better league. Is there a way to fix this, or should I get rid of them?

Option One: Get promoted 👍

Another option could be to hire a Coach with 'Motivational' as their specialism.

Also, if I was confident of winning the league (e.g. am top during the Jan. transfer window), then previously I have loaned out star players to clubs in higher / better leagues (e.g. League 1, or to one of the better 5-6 Scotland clubs). They develop more ready for my next season, and I play a younger player to develop them - while still winning the league.

I played 2 seasons and I failed to get promoted. Maybe I should sell the players that cant get motivated to play in this league, and use other ones.

In addition to the league level, they probably have some professionalism issue.
