Get players with better professionalism, work rate, determination, etc. Someone like Barella, Goretzka and Ajer are good examples of those but of course, they are too expensive for Schalke.

It will take a while but after a few searching, you’d find the players.

If you tap on the F or the red arrow, somewhere around there, it will give you a list of players who are affecting the grade - so in this case, it would show you who in the squad is dragging down the morale / loyalty. You can cut out the cancers from your club and sell them...

Really we wish we could offer players to be used by the reserves, without having to move for next match. 

Got a couple of regents who're in my cup team, get on the 1st team bench when others injured or need rest. Don't want to have to move them up & down all the time

Players with high work rates often have good teamwork. 18+ team work can almost guarantee good work rate.

One thing I always do is go through this list and release all the "never wills" in the reserves who are bring this down...

Also, I think they say Hard Working in the Training Screen and they will have Bright Green for Work Rate in the Relationships screen.  But as Mr Sandwich says if they are 18+ in Team Work they certainly have a great Work Rate score.

Team Work is made up of 2 hidden attributes (Unselfishness and Work Rate). So if Team Work is 18, then the minimum Work Rate can be is 16 (ie Unselfishness of 20 and Work Rate of 16 = Team Work of 18). But if you have someone with a Team Work of 12 and you're getting the Hard Working and Bright Green for Work Rate, then they probably have a high Work Rate, but are pretty selfish.

Yes, I know that's a bit of a jump from £325K, but hey what's the harm in asking...

Well they thought about it and came back with a counter offer £3M:

Wha-hey!! So should I take the money and run? Nope, not done yet, this is China and if there's one thing I learnt when I lived there is you gotta bargain. £7M please. And they came back with £4.4M:   

Alright, I'll come down to £6M. And they came back with £5M:

Alright, let's split the difference and make it £5.5M? Oh they want to split the difference again and go with £5.25M?

Oh, okay. I can live with that...

From £325K -> £5.25M for a pretty average 31 year old... And this isn't a one off, I've managed deals of this scale on a regular basis.

I have made deals like that outside of China, just seems a lot more common here. I guess the clubs have money lying around (although I thought it had tightened up in real life).

Regens from youth intake still sucked lmao, i remember there's this certain attributes for the manager to actually have an effect on the youth intake, such as nationality and stuff will regens you players with the same nation as you chose for your manager.

Its been 3 seasons and i still got no youth intake, ive gone mad

Hi all,

I'm attempting to start a LWTTT career. As I start start with a team and look to take a coaching exam, it instantly puts me from None to Gold.

Is this a known bug? I definitely chose to create a new manager and chose the specified options in the challenge, unknown and none.

That happened in the last version too once you had gold unlocked.

Is there anyway to stop it happening?

I didn't have it happen on a previous save that I've now abandoned, but just happened twice in a row, 2 different clubs.

You have to not select ‘take coaching exam’ and just let the game bump you up through the ranks with time. If you take exam it puts you to gold right away.

So unrealistic comparing to what's happening in real life. 🤦‍♂️ Clubs in China wasn't able to pay their player's salary, a number of clubs had been winded up, the league had been suspended for months etc. This year's game might actually be the last version with rich Chinese clubs.

Yeah sadly. I don’t really mind cause I’m still waiting for them to add the Malaysian league to FM Mobile 🤣

Please help me on the following matter:

Matteo Pessina is AM as it is mentined on his general profile.

Same info appears in the Relations tab of his profile.

His training profile says, his recommended traing role is CM.

and I train him to be AP.

How to use this player? Which is his prefeered role? I don`t want to reshape a player. I want to buy the player ready in the role that I need him. Which is the easiest way to do so?

He lacks some creativity to be an AP and personally I would play him as a BBM. The recommendations in the game are a guide really but if you have other ideas for him then go with what you want as you are the manager after all.

Is that part of the challenge that I've misread, or the only way to get around the straight to gold?

I'm not sure if this has happened in the past and I was assigned general style and wasn't able to choose?

I always do it as my first challenge so nothing is unlocked before. As the challenge says “You must chose a starting Reputation of Unknown and a Coaching Badge of None”, I would take that to mean that you can’t then jump straight to gold on day two and should let the game upgrade you with time for realism.

If the FMM sales there was high enough, SI might consider. @Dec said something like that had happened before with K-League and the CSL itself. V-League probably won't have a chance, but still, a man can dream, can't he?

Go into assignments, then there should be a recycle bin option next to each scout

For me it’s all about there attributes and what job I think they can do in the team especially as I usually have a tactic in mind and then get the players that can play that way. I very rarely pick a players role based on what the game says he is best at although sometimes I do agree with the game.

Done that and some Scout results are still there
