Tactics Old Faithful 4-1-2-2-1

Hello!

This is the tactic that I have started my save with. 
 

I will update you with progress. It is influenced by several tactics that I have seen on FMM Vibe over the years.

Mistake

Started as unemployed and got the job at Ipswich after they had a rough start to the season. Looks promising, but will have to do a full season to see how it goes!

My reputation was Household Name, as this was the default. I will be doing another save, where I am unknown and no badges. Planning to do England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

On this save, I have picked England, France, Germany, Italy and Spain

Ah cool. I’m doing an unknown rep now but managed to land a league two job. Just checking I couldn’t have done better!

Im using this with Newcastle in the premier league, tried a few others but this is working a treat. Currnetl 2nd with 16 games in. Even joelinton scores!

Given this a go, was thinking of switching to similar with a DM, from my 4-2-3-1

Conceded a bucket load in league 1. Think I need to tighten up in the Championship

Try changing the wing backs to full backs and the DM to an Anchor

Been doing me just fine as is already, after a dodgy start

Working an absolute treat, no need to change to anchor, full back. I was expecting to be lower half comfortably this season

The playing style doesn’t make a difference. All you need to do is copy the instructions that were posted above and you will have the tactic.

Okeyy, but what about the player role? Just follow the assistant recomendations or just follow your tactic??

Dude for real? You copy what the tactic says in the post. If you do what your assistant recommends… it’s a different tactic. 🙄

The tactical style doesnt matter. For any tactics you want off the site, just use 'clean slate' and copy the instructions from the screenshots onto 'shape 'attack 'defence'
