Help How do i sell players?

I used to be able to offer player at a certain price in pass FMM. However, this year the offering system does not seem to work even when i offer them a low price. 

For example, Umtiti from Barcelona, Roberto, Phil jones etc. 

Transfer listing the player also does not work because there is no offering.

I have not tried to offer player to others, but in my Leicester city save, other clubs has provided offer to my players: Evens, Ward, Vestergaard, Perez...

So you just transfer list them. I am have been trying to sale umtiti for ages now

I couldn’t sell half my Newcastle squad at the start, so I stuck them in the reserves, left them on transfer list and eventually clubs did make offers.

Had a nightmare trying to sell players with Norwich too and hardly any of my transfer listed players appeared as part-exchange options either. You should be able to choose any player you want to include in a part-ex deal instead of picking from a small list the game has given you.
