Hello guys! How can create a best tactic for any team or how to suit players for tactic ? I.m new in this game, i like it but i loose many games because i create a wrong tactics. I need to know some advice or tips. Thanks!

How do you want to play? As in, how do you want your team to play?

Well that's what you need to decide before designing a tactic. There's lots of them that win games. I've posted a few but they aren't for an under powered team.
