Tactics Watford Underdog Tactic 4-3-3

This tactic works great with underdog teams.Likely more consistent if you have good CB. AF is super OP for this tactic so choose a clinical forward for AF position. 

Some tips:

-Be patient for a season or two for players build relationship

-(Important)Aware of your players morale (always give feedback to your players performance after match (praise/criticise) to boost morale 

-Always check players personal before game (ex: hope to be rested,wants to play)

Worked quite well for me last year too. Had to keep changing things due to the updates destroying things, but the actual shape always seemed to work.

I used to have AP/CM/AP with inverted wingbacks behind them. Worked well but haven’t tested in this version yet.

Having the flat three makes the wider CMs work well for overloading flanks. They work a lot like a Mezzala does in the full game. Leaving their AM with free license pains me though

Yeah I know what you mean although teams don't use AM's as frequently as they did.

Still better to have that protection though really unless your tactic can overpower the opposition.

Agreed, this year most teams will switch to three at the back if you are the favorite
