Help How to get an old save back on new phone?

Hi guys

Basically, had the new FMM22 on my old phone, got a new phone but thought I would restart as I only played 2 seasons. However, I have done something (clumsy me), so therefore, I was wondering whether it is possibly for someone to explain how I can get my old save(s) back? My mate said there is a way but I am unsure how to do it.

If you're on IOS, it will be saved in your iCloud. If you're on Android, you can find your save in the Sports Interactive>Football Manager 2022 Mobile>normal>games (the location of the folder depends on where you choose to save your game documents when you first launch the game).
