Well I’ve got to say mate, FM22 so far has been extremely difficult once promoted, more so than previous versions, but your tactic is fantastic, though I have to say I was somewhat worried at the start of the season as the results were all over the place.

 

I bought Joao Pedro from Watford (always worth looking at players in relegated teams) and loaned in Moukoku and Esposito, Moukoko worried me as he’d only scored 1 goal by 1st January, but ended up top scorer!

I also bought in Maatsen from Chelsea and Yan Couto from Man City both on loan and purchased Omar Richards from Bayern, but the rest of the team was with me originally.

End result, European Qualification, great tactic mate - well done 👍🏻

Seems to work plug and play with the teams I've tried so far.

Definitely works best when your team chemistry is high and players used have good teamwork.

Obviously want good pacy centre backs who have good passing also.

I've found that changing my defenders to centre backs has been more effective but I am currently using a worse team so maybe that has something to do with it.

I've never thought of it like that. Also, I've always believed I needed a defense coach otherwise I would be leaking goals all over the place and the players would be affected

Possibly yes but I am not ever really bothered about conceding many, much rather out score the opposition

I'm finding this year's game so frustrating at times. Most of you know I enjoy testing tactics out and making a couple myself.

This year more than ever though the randomness of the game seems off the scale. Some tactics work for some and not others (even when they follow the instructions and sign players to fit) where in previous years tactics from here have generally worked for most people using them. 

I mean just look at this and I have a good side 🙄

Leeds, I got battered.

It's been quite good with Wolfsburg who have a weaker team than my Leeds one. The game this year is so random.
