Chat What attributes do each coach affect

 Share

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, just wanted to see if anyone knows what attributes each coach will affect. Main one I'm curious is aerial stats because I've check some past threads and some states defensive coaches while others state general coaches. Apart from aerial attribute, also curious for the others. I only know for sure that fitness coaches affect stamina

Good question. I always assumed they attacking coaches help all striker attributes. But that’s based in nothing. Do attacking coaches help strikers aerial and defensive help defenders aerial or do all defences coaches help aerial for all players for example?

I’ve never heard anyone said about aerial being trained by defensive coaches. I do believe fitness coaches does and it’s been like that for a few years now.

Yep, complete wrong assumption by me. Fitness coach makes the most sense as its a physical stat - thanks. I'm glad i pack out 2 fitness coaches!

What's everyone's preferred coaching setup. Got 4 & me

Me - Youth. Have 1GK, 1 Attack, 1 Defence, 1 General

Currently i'm running:

Me - Fitness, Ass Man - Fitness, Coaches - 1 x Attacking, 1 x Defensive, 1 x Motivational

My usual set up used to be 1 x Fitness, Attack, Defence, GK, Youth for a bit of everything but I'm liking two fitness coaches to get everyone in beast mode.

I always see General as a jack-of-all-trades kind of coach for lower leagues when you don't have many spots open. Again might just be an assumption based on nothing.

The rest: 2 fitness, 1 attacking and 1 defensive. Sometimes 2 fitness and 2 attacking. I did have 2 fitness, 1 attacking and 1 motivational.

Yeah I'm in the Prem now, so maybe I'll sack off the General

I certainly wouldn’t quote me on it. Just my thoughts. An all rounder when you don’t have room for specialists.

I’ve always made myself motivational (since these seem hardest to find?) then spread my four across, I.e one of each

but that always leaves me a choice of which type to bin off. It always comes down to youth or GK.

If I don’t have a youth I expect my newgens are weaker though right? Which puts more pressure on me to sign young talent from other clubs before their value skyrockets.

or without a GK coach, will my younger keepers fail to develop top class attributes, so I’ll keep having to sign top goalies from other clubs? I’ve assumed this is the case.

Choices!

Well, I can't give an exact answer. I can say that a good coach develops the right thinking in you. He also explains your strengths and weaknesses and what you need to do the most. That's all. When I played in a team, we even had a fitness coach, and I liked how he coached because he always made us do our best, and in the end, we were a bunch of strong guys haha. Later, he wanted us to try using sarms, which we did, and the effect was pretty good. I hope my post will help you, my man!
