Help Help improve tactic

Hi I’ve created this tactic and would like some advice on how to tighten it up defensively as I’m conceded a goal a game. Any help will be appreciated  also any tips just to improve it would be welcome thanks!

I used very similar tactics, i only chosen defensive line on balance. I conced 0,67 goals per game. Not great but not bad.

And you can change team mentality to Balanced. I only change it to attack when I am behind and need a win in the last 15/20 minutes.
