Chat Joe Sharp - good player?

Hi,

I am managing spurs and they have a centre back called Joe Sharp.

Looking at his profile he looks like a very good player but my coaches rate him poorly. Am I missing something?

Any thoughts would be welcome!

He looks good but probably has bad hidden attributes. His decision making also needs to be much higher to play at a good level. If his form gets better his star rating will too. I notice when a player is having bad form the coaches don’t rate them. He’s also valued low which makes me think there’s something hidden that makes him poor.

Actually he is currently young and is not a lot valueable

So your coach is under estimating him you should play him in reserve for one season and then give him substitute runs one season and first team one season he will live upto his full potentiel

Thanks. I'll try giving him some game time in the reserves and promoting in a seasons time

At that age I’d send him out on loan. He’ll improve more than in reserves.
