Help Players stats dropping randomly

Only 3 games in and already his stats have dropped. I've only noticed this type of thing on this years games. I obviously have all gold coaches etc. Anyone else notice this?

I've noticed this happens for young players when you overplay them (even if they are 100%), but as @rseven says it will come back soon (once they have a bit of a rest).

Use to happen to me on last years version so much, used to wreck me, hasn’t happened as much for me this year but I haven’t played that much.

Does anyone have a similar issue to this when signing a player? Their stats seem to drop when I sign them? I wonder for what reason?

Honestly the most annoying feature for me, I nearly gave up careers because of it, I did think maybe it’s the league or like training facilities but they were top notch and still would happen, it’s bloody annoying, honestly gets to me 😂

So annoying mate, I sign a player based on certain stats and suddenly when they arrive at my club they are no longer good in the areas I need them to be?! 🤬

Yeah this happens to me too, but after few days or matches they come back to normal
