Season 5

So hello welcome back, I may have made a rash decision here but I have decided to move on to Newcastle United, the team of my dreams. Especially with the money they had I could see myself rebuilding and making this challenge a bit harder than it was in Scotland, it may come back to haunt me. Never know I could end up in Spain or Italy as well in this career!

Alberto Moleiro

 

So I leave Scotland with him being in the best form of his career which may be a real silly decision to leave. I won’t go in to as much detail now as I’ll do that at the end of the season. We only have a month and a half until Moleiro arrives in England, we have agreed a £72m fee for him.

Have you ever moved clubs, mid-challenge?

There's a chance it could get stale in Scotland, smashing everything so might not be the worst decision to spice it up.

To be fair they have built a decent squad, just ageing a bit, I’ve got to January 1st now and I’ve got a lot of signings coming, they had a lot of money, if they hadn’t I wouldn’t have gone. I’m glad I went in the end I think, only lost 1 in 12 games all comps, 4-0 to Watford, so I’m hoping I can get plenty of contributions🤞🏻

Season 5

So as I shown earlier I have moved to Newcastle United, arguably the greatest club on earth. This would be more of a test and see if this tactic I’ve created actually is as good as I think it may be. It’s the first plug and play I’ve had for a while.

Celtic

So this is how he looked when I left Celtic so a massive G/A contribution from him, which would be very tough to beat at Newcastle or would it? 😉

Newcastle

So this is how it looked for us when I took over, but they had lots of money, a lot of it was not being used in the wages so I had over 200m when adjusted, which was exciting for when January came. Let’s see how we got on.

So massive ins and outs, very happy with the business I did, brought players in that would suit the tactic. Only need a couple of positions sorted this summer and I’d be happy I think.

So we won a massive 20 of 28 games in the league since I took over with only 2 losses. We only lost 3 times in all comps and got to the europa league final in which we were really unlucky. The tactic I’ve created creates a lot of chances and mostly for my front three. So let’s see how Moleiro got on. I did give the fans the FA cup though.

So he was unreal and it’s so exciting that I’ve finally got a tactic to work as well as it does, I couldn’t stop playing so got through this season today, work came 2nd. Looking forward to seeing what he can do over a season in the prem. He missed two weeks in April due to injury but no big injury.

Annoying now I could just copy what was in his history tab on to the score but he scored and assisted without me at Celtic the bugger 😂

Damn, going great, gutsy move too, but he's looking the goods. Gotta say as I was reading after the first 3 seasons I was thinking this is just like my Reyna split 1KC in terms of the numbers he was getting, so I was worried about the goals, but he's really stepped it up! Great work mate.

Yeah he’s a good lad, very consistent which I haven’t had as of late in my careers. He seems to know where the back of the net is and can assist superbly! Thanks scratch, let’s just hope I complete this career 😂

Already won the champions league twice with Celtic mate 😂

This career is just for me to get 500 goals and 500 assists for a challenge so it may not be the most exciting at times.

Season 6

Hello and welcome back, I’ve non stopped played FMM this weekend which hasn’t happened for a long time. So it shows I’m finally enjoying the game a bit again. Let’s see how we got on in the first full season at Newcastle.

So a lot of players coming in, but wasn’t entirely happy with who I brought in. I couldn’t get the players I wanted and now 5 seasons in, the regens don’t seem to be be as good as the players at the start of the game.

So a very weird season, dominating every game pretty much but lost quite a few games, the team isn’t where it needs to be yet, I think one more summer window and we’ll be all good. Man City having an incredible league campaign didn’t help.

So he done well, not as well as Salah would have but going from 19 shooting to 14 is a big difference. He still hitting good enough numbers though, hopefully with better players next season he can score and assist mote. Having him on light training is helping with injuries the past 3 years.

Always going to be tough going from Scotland to England mate. Don't be too hard on yourself. As you say, the regens don't always seem as good. I've noticed that too.

He's still hitting massive numbers and as the team around him keeps improving, so will his returns.

Yeah you’re right, big change in leagues, it’s made it more exciting at least. Yeah players aren’t as good, it’s my first long term save so I hope it’s not like this on every one!
