What need to improve at my tactic ?

It would be helpful for people if they knew exactly what you were struggling with currently. Are you not scoring enough, are you conceding too many, are you creating lots of chances and not converting, are you winning games but getting low ratings?

Martinelli is a right footed player on your left side. Change him for a left footed player. How are the crossing stats of your wingers? Make sure there have a minimum of 15 to give your striker the best crosses. Maybe change the role of your striker to Targetman. And try to change the role of the AP to CM. Let me know if this helped.

Straight off the bat, you have 'look for overlap' ticket in your final third settings, but you are also playing wing-backs and wingers. Wingers will likely be holding the ball up awaiting the runs from the wing-backs, but they will also be occupying the space that the wing-backs would play in, so you're probably seeing some congestion in that area. Maybe consider changing to either IW/AP in the forward positions, or to IWB in the defensive position.

Personally, I've never had success at any level or with any formation when playing Direct passing, I'd suggest maybe changing to mixed, especially as you're playing Expressive, this will give the players with creativity freedom to thrive by picking their passes, rather than immediately looking for the first forward out-ball.

All you're creativity is in the middle of the pitch. Get rid of direct passing and go short and through the centre, you need to get those AP's on the ball as much as possible 👍

The player who will work in opposite box is too less. Just one striker.  The AP in MC position will not go into box often even you use attacking mentality. 

Change your left W to IF is the best choice.
