Help Help!! with training facilities

Hi , i created a club in pre game editor to the 2 division of england and i forget to create a stadium, i think? And now my stadium in all interviews appears as “ Unknown Stadium” and i cant upgrade him or build a new one in the board ( doesn’t have the option) im in year 2021 , any help??

Isn't there any option to edit stadium name in the in-game editor?
