Tactics Good old 41221

Hey everyone, I’ve been struggling to find a tactic that worked consistently so I decided to use a tactic that bought me success in FM21 and it seems to be working well. I did share this in the fm general discussion but thought I would update the results in here. The results are from Tottenham for two seasons and then I took over Madrid who were 7th and didn’t have the best squad and currently in the second season with them. I like to have IF with high shooting and fullbacks with high crossing, generally 14 or above. I would say this would work well with the better teams. Hope it works for you.

I tested it with Newcastle, first season finished fourth and didn’t do well in the cups because I played weak teams mainly in them so no surprise there. Second season won the prem with over 90 points and won champions league! Saw huge improvements as I got in better players. Really good tactic

Glad it’s working for u. I did a quick test with Milan won serie A undefeated. Need a striker (leão doesn’t have the best shooting) and if with better finishing, didn’t score as much as I would normally.

Go for players that suit each position, you can search what attributes  that are needed in each position in search player.
