Help How do i know what makes someone a good mentor?

Is it their attributes,their selfishness or their personalities? I know how the mentoring works but still don't know how each players can mentor efficiently. Any help would be appreciated

Hierarchy also effect，but I think both of his professionalism and work rate should higher than the youngest, because the youngest will probably inherite one of professionalism or work rate from the mentor

I think it’s some combination of leadership, professionalism, overall skill, and maybe hierarchy and work rate.
