I can't take all the credit for the training. @Scratch is a genius and always gives tips and pointers during his careers. Other than that, a good mentor is essential.

Season 6

Got a bit carried away. I wanted to upgrade the team again. I used the ever reliable Dan James in a deal for another player that I always end up buying, TAA. Ruben Neves made way for Camavinga and I used Onana in a deal for Bellingham.

 

Competitions:

Clean sweep. Ângelo was fantastic in all the big games. Conceded quite a few league goals so I'll look to strengthen the defence and maybe even the Goalkeeper next season.

 

International:

Interesting World Cup final opponents. Of course, we smashed them. Should have scored more too.

Ângelo was incredible and scored 36 goals in 16 games.

 

Ângelo:

A season without injury. He made the most of the game-time.

Look much the same as last season. He's brilliant in all the important places.

Season 7

Transfers:

Raided Dortmund for Haaland. Satriano, while good is not Haaland. I haven't had a prolific backup striker since Poulsen in season 2. Tetty is a regen. Looks incredible so I'll give him a go.

Sold a few players that "wanted a new challenge". I have youngsters ready to step in anyway.

Took 7 seasons for the perfect League season. About time! 😂

 

International:

Qualifiers & friendlies this season. Ângelo managed 23 goals in 10 games.

 

Ângelo:

It was inevitable that he'd have a run of injury at some point. He missed 7/8 weeks all in all.

I stuck with what I had until January when a few of my top players decided they didn't want to renew their contracts and promptly agreed to join other teams. I went out and bought their replacements straight away. Didn't effect the team really.

My tactic always concedes a big number of goals but I'm happy to see that number go down.

Another perfect League season too.

 

International:

Won the Copa America again.

The seasons with International tournaments are proving very fruitful for the challenge. 

Ângelo scored 34 goals from his 14 matches this year. Mega!

After his worst season for injuries last year I'm happy to report he was injury free this year.

What a massive season. Getting so close to the total after just 8 seasons is more than I could of hoped for.

His attitude has changed now though. He's been a model professional so far so hopefully this doesn't stop his output.

I've been trying to set up a tactic for going through the middle but haven't found it half as effective as going down the wings.

I also struggle with finding a tactic that goes through the middle. Unless it's a gung-ho tactic that also concedes a silly amount.

Most, if not all of mine are aimed at providing crosses.

130 goals in 55 games. 122 in 55. 115 in 47. The goal per game ratio is absurd, and he's not even that talented, stats wise. Coupled with that fact that he isn't willing to share his tactics, all smells a bit fishy to me.

My feeling is an awful lot of matches being replayed.

Not the first with numbers like this, perfectly possible.

Alot of people on here won't share tactics for various reasons

You're entitled to your opinion man. I personally can't be bothered with the replaying of games. Once I start challenges I want to get them done ASAP so I can move onto the next. Plus, there's no guarantee you won't be replaying numerous times to get what you want. I seriously don't have the patience for that. You don't have to believe me but its true. 

My tactic was created on FMM20. I've don'e this on 2 previous versions of the game. I choose lesser countries which I find are easier to score goals in. When you have a good striker and brilliant players supplying him this is the outcome. I've also seen Vibers get even more goals than myself so it's not uncommon. 

As for not sharing the tactic. It took me months of trial and error to come up with. Why should I share for people who can't be bothered to spend time creating one themselves and just want a quick and easy route to success.

Are you struggling to create a tactic yourself? There are loads of guides and tips all over this website which can help. It's just a case of looking and testing stuff out.
