Is there any possible that we can edit "transfer restriction" for a club just like Bilbao can only sign players from basque.

For example, I want to add a transfer restriction of only can sign spanish players for Barcelona in my save.

I don't think you can edit one for another club, but if you are managing Barcelona, just search for 'Spanish' only players, or send scouts and set up nationality as a search filter.
