Career Rocket's Going Badge Hunting 1/1

Well boys, it has been a while since I inevitably failed at completing a career. But it's okay! This time will be different. Maybe. I've been dwelling over a few career ideas that I won't commit to right now however with the Badge Of Honour challenges starting up again I felt as this was a perfect time to get posting. 😄

This is the first year of football manager I can actually have confidence in my little ability to complete challenges. Anyway enough of the boring talk, lets get right into the first badge!

 

Badge 1: The Egyptian King Mo Salah

Strategy

Right so strategy. As this challenge was completely in the league and had nothing to do with cup competitions I decided the best way to play it was just rest my starting 11 in every cup game. Basic I know but it should work. Lets my best players play at their best ability in the games I actually care about. Simple.

Tactically I played with my "1kc" 👀 tactic which with this level of team should absolutely run riot, I gave a few tweaks every few months to try bump form and get more goals out of Salah. Also as this tactic is targeted to let salah score I let him hit corners and free kicks which is where most of his assists would hopefully come from.

Results

Lets start off with the boring stuff. We dominated the league and bottled all the cups. Exactly what I expected to be fair.

And now the player! Before I show the results I want to just say personally I feel as if this score could be much well improved on as after I hit 15 goals I thought the goal challenge was over and lowkey stopped playing salah as the striker role to try bolster his assists to let him hit the tally as quick as possible😂

Still an excellent score if I do say so myself and quite proud of how I got on. 😄

 

 

Well there we go! Absolutely buzzing for the next badge to come out. Fingers crossed it's not a hard one 😂

And no I didn't, I lost a good few players but surprisingly not salah, was a bit thrown when I saw he never went😂

It's looking like my three less games will mean I fall short of your score. Unless I can pull off a miracle in the last few games. I'll post it shortly.
