Help Training and style

What coaching style and team training is best ? I cant understand team training to have more avg rating at players.....i dont know what roles of coaches must have....etc. i.m beginner. Thanks for help!!

If I have a full space of 4 coaches, I usually set myself as Motivation, then hire; 

Defensive

Attacking

Youth

Fitness. 

I know some people like to have more fitness than anything, it all depends what you want from your coaches and what you want to gain from training.

Normally it doesn't really matter, but I'd promote my youth coach to be the assistant manager before entering a new season to better assess the quality of the new youngsters.
