CHOOSING THE CAREER

I chose FC Barcelona as my club to manage from Spain. The club holds a soft spot for me & Pep Guardiola got them playing the most beautiful football I have ever seen in 2011. After recent struggles, It was important to restore this once great club.

STADIUM & FACILITIES

The infrastructure of FC Barcelona is mind blowingly good. The Stadium, the Camp Nou is renowned & holds a crazy 99,000 supporters with an average capacity of 96,000!!! The youth & 1st team facilities are Superb!

STAFF, FINANCES & TRAINING

The staff room is all 1st class with experts in their fields guiding the team. Despite recent times in real life, my save has FC Barcelona with finances in a "Very Healthy State". Finances were a massive part of my career with FC Barcelona & you start the career with £33M, which is much less than normal with a club this size. Training was delegated to my expert assistant manager.

SQUAD

Changing the dynamic & culture of the club was my biggest challenge with my save. The club currently has a sharp divide of exciting young players & experienced older players with few or none peak players. A lot of the young & old players were either released or transfered to provide funds. The players in were either Peak players or players who improved on what was already here.

TACTICS

I used my attacking tiki-taka tactic. The tactic was superb & re-lived the pep guardiola era. We scored a massive 105 goals & only conceeded 36 goals!

THE RESULTS

Seeing the FC Barcelona Team this season in real life, this career was one of my proudest moments on FMM22. FC Barcelona won La Liga & the UEFA Champions League in what is a remarkable achievement. The infrastructure, staff & signings have all led to an incredible 69% win rate.
