In fmm21? I don't think you can. The mobile version doesn't support that as far as I know.

I think i meant creating a new stadium from an existing club. Lets say that I have Stadium A, I want to replace Satdium A with Stadium B. Its even in the achievements section.

Maybe it means expand the stadium? Or the create a club? I see that is possible but I don't know the criteria. Maybe it's possible for smaller clubs.

No, you can build a new stadium. It’s something that happens randomly but it tend to happen if you stay at one club long enough.
