CHOOSING THE CLUB

For my England career, I chose my club, the one I love & support - Manchester United F.C. We have a rich history since 1878, called the Red Devils, playing at the 'Theatre of Dreams' as well as having 2x of the best managers ever in Sir Matt Busby & Sir Alex Ferguson. I love this team & just want to bring them back to the height's they've been at.

STADIUM & FACILITIES

The infrastructure of the club is THE best in the world. The Youth & 1st Team facilities are State of the Art. The stadium, Old Trafford is beautiful & holds 74,879 supporters with the stadium full for most games.

STAFF, FINANCES & TRAINING

The Training regime was delegated over to Assistant Manager Mike Phelan. The finances are in a Very Healthy state. The staff room is full of Worls class Coaches,Scouts & Physios.

SQUAD

The squad I walked into did not actually require too much changing because we have so many international, world class players. I found the attack of the squad to be very strong, so the majority of the signings in were to reinforce the defensive area's. Most players released were younger who did not have enough quality, with Van De Beek, Nata & Matic being thr biggest names sold under my management. 

TACTICS

I used my attacking Tiki Taka tactic for Manchester United F.C. The strengthening of the defence paid dividends & we ended the season with the best defence with 16 goals conceeded & 24 Clean sheets. We also ended up only losing 2x matches all season!

THE RESULTS

Manchester United F.C won the Treble for the 2nd time in their history in 2022!🎆 Our signings & system were perfect, winning the league by over 20x points! We the won the FA Cup & UEFA Champions League. I ended with an 82% win rate & had 15x consecutive wins! We were world class all season & defenitly bought the glory days back to old trafford.
