CHOOSING THE CLUB

I chose Ankara Demirspor to manage from Turkey because they are the smallest clubs in the lowest division of Turkish Football on FMM22. Founded in 1959, they founded Turkish Premiership but got relegated & have never climbed back. My one aim is to earn them promotion.

STADIUM & FACILITIES

The clubs infrastructure is quite basic. The club has poor 1st team & youth facilities. The stadium only holds 1,500 supporters but looks beautiful.

STAFF, FINANCES & TRAINING

The staff room is small & basic with only key Coaches,Scouts & Pyshios. The finances of the club are Insecure, caused by overspending with the ambition of promotion - quite risky had we failed. Training was delegated to Assistant Manager Ali Eraslan.

SQUAD

The squad underwent a huge overhaul when I joined the club. The quality was extremely low & the vast majority of players left the club. The players in adopted my attributes of PACE,TEAMWORK & DECISIONS, with an emphasis on Defensive security.

TACTICS

I used my Attacking Tiki Taka tactic for this career. The tactic worked incredibly well from the start & was highly consistent with only 3x loses all season. Incredibly, 88% of matches were Won or drawn!

THE RESULTS

We met our goal of getting Ankara Demirspor promoted, an incredible achievement & stepping stone to getting them back to the top. The squad was the best in the league with defence & attack, scoring on average 2x goals every single game! We finished the season over 20x points clear if the 2nd placed team.
