CHOOSING THE CAREER

I chose Jeonnam Dragons to manage from South Korea. The club, formed in 1994 play at there stadium, the "dragon dungeon!" My aim for this career was to get Jeonnam Dragons promoted.

STADIUM & FACILITIES

The clubs infrastructure is OK. The youth & 1st team facilities are average. The stadium holds 10,680 supporters.

STAFF,FINANCE & TRAINING

The staff room is full but currently is at quite a low standard. The finances are OK due to our heavy spending to improve the squad. Training was delegated over to my Assistant Manager.

SQUAD

The squad underwent a big overhaul when I came to the club. We only kept around 5/6x original players due to the quality of the squad, with the rest being released. The players in,  suited my key attributes of PACE,TEAMWORK & STAMINA. We did overspend & bought too many players, shortening it down in the June Transfer Market.

TACTICS

I used my Attacking Tiki Taka Tactic for this career. The system worked incredibly well although there were a few periods of inconsistency, being close a few times to losing 3x matches in a row. That said, the majority of the season we were brilliant & we did go 11 games without defeat.

THE RESULTS

So,the Jeonnam Dragons won promotion from the K League Challenge!🏆🥳 Our defence was the best in the league & we had a win rate of 64%! This is an incredible achievement for the smallest club in South Korea in FMM22.
