Chat Transfer Data Update

Please forgive me if this has been asked elsewhere.

On FM22 Mobile, is there a transfer data update which comes out now the transfer window is shut?

I'd like to start a new save but with all the transfers updated.

Yes there will be one but it's usually in March IIRC.

Think last year it was last week of February but usually beginning of March
