Help New to fmm tactics don’t seem to work

Hello I am new to fmm and I went to the tactics page to find a tactic I could use but none of them seem to get me the same results as the people that posts the tactics. Am I doing something wrong?

Things take time....have many pre season friendlies....allow relationships to build between players....tweak things to suit your style of football that you enjoy....and be patient 🙂

As he said, it takes time for the team to gel and get used to the tactic. Between 3-10 games normally.

Well you should try long passing for poacher or better at heading players and yeah enjoy the beautiful game
