CHOOSING THE SQUAD

I chose to manage Skra Częstochowa in Poland as they were one of the smallest clubs in the country. The club incredibly is 96 years old but unbelievably has minimal honours to their name. I would love to gain promotion for Skra Częstochowa.

STADIUM & FACILITIES

The club has a below average infrastructure. The 1st team & youth team facilities are below average. The clubs stadium holds 990 supporters but the average capacity is 0!!

STAFF, FINANCES & TRAINING

The staff room is full but Coaches,Scouts & Physios are at a Bronze level. The finances are Insecure due to us overspending, improving the squad. Training was delegated to my Assistant Manager.

SQUAD

The squad did undergo a huge overhaul due to the lack of quality. As you can see below, a lot of players were just released due to a lack of quality, freeing up funds for us to improve the squad. The players bought in were of a good quality & good price with a few higher quality players.

TACTICS

I used my attacking Tiki-Taka tactic for these works. We really struggled this season which may have been a combination of the system & quality of players bought in. We lost or drew 50% of matches & went a staggering 6 matches without a win.

THE RESULTS

The season for Skra Częstochowa was successful BUT we had a dreadful season by normal standards. We drew or lost most of our matches,had an average defence & attack as well as conceeding 1x Goal per match. That said, the squad did fight & had enough quality to find us in the playoff places & ultimately gain us promotion. One of the toughests careers I have done & only scrapped promotion with Skra Częstochowa.
