CHOOSING THE SQUAD

Tepatitlán F.C was the club I decided to manage in Mexico because they were the smallest club in their Expansion League. The club founded in 1944 & have experienced recent success in real life, winning the expansion league championship & Champions of Champions in 2021. Can I replicate this on FM22Mobile?

STADIUM & FACILITIES

The clubs infrastructure is currently average. The 1st team & youth facilities are both average. The clubs stadium which is very beautiful, holds 10,000 supporters with the club hitting this figure most weeks.

STAFF, FINANCES & TRAINING

The clubs finances are secure at the moment. The staff room is full at Tepatitlán F.C with good quality coaches but only basic qualified Scouts, Physios. Training was delegated to my new Assistant Manager Mauricio Ortiz.

SQUAD

Despite keeping around 5/6 original players, there was a lot of movement in the transfer market. Our original players were not bad BUT we had £1m to play with & improved in a lot of areas, with a few high ticket numbers. The players not quite good enough were released to provide extra funds.

TACTICS

I used my attacking tiki-taka tactic for this career. The bought in players & system worked flawlessly, being very consistent, losing only 6x this season out of 44 matches. Not only that but we dominated both the opening & closing stages, having the best defence & attack.

THE RESULTS

We matched Tepatitlán F.C in real life, winning the Opening & closing stages of the expansion league.🏆🥳 We ended with a 65% win rate & went an impressive 17x matches without defeat, also scoring a brilliant 82 goals but letting in only 31! It would appear that despite being one of the smallest clubs in Mexican Football, Tepatitlán F.C more than punches above it's weight!
