Tactics 442 Won Title with Villa in First Season

First season I won the Premier League with an old favourite which I tweaked to shore up the defence.  Man marking was key for the two centre half’s.  The wing backs were used to support the attack and create width as the inside forwards by nature cut inside.  The midfielders were strong and had good stamina to add a physical element to the play.  Again I stuck with my tried and tested forward partnership of TF and Poacher 

I found disciplined for creative freedom gave most consistent results

I played between control and attack for team mentality

Just out of interest, how come you didn’t use Bailey for the right IF? Has all the stats needed for that role.

How do you get the yellow arrows for the IF and the WB? I can see these on the shape screen, but not on the formation screen as in your screenshot above.
