How important is a coaches preferred formation when it comes to training players and getting the best out of them in this years game?

Second teams formation nothing more really and doesn’t work if second team is a b team an has a manager e.g real b Barca b etc.

france is a strange one as one of your starting coaches will mange you b team, you can’t change them and if you sack them from coaching staff they will just take up managers role in b team, I’d advice getting level up to gold before sacking for a better star rating from him of your second team players.
