Chat Changes.txt competition

hi guys i'm trying to change the name of some competitions in practice i want to swap the italian league with the english one but my changes.txt file doesn't work
I tried to put it both in the norlmal folder and in sega.soccer.manager / installed and in sega.score./installed but it doesn't work

 

I tried to uninstall the game by deleting all the folders from the mobile phone, both the save one and the sega.soccer.manager put the txt file in the sega.soccer.manager / installed folder but the same does not change the names or rather strange thing only changes 3 competitions ..
really weird!
is there an order to follow?
I am sending you my file I have practically reversed the English league with the Italian one

of all the competitions works only the Championship the Vanarama National League the Vanarama National League North and the Vanarama National League South change
the others remain the same
