Tactics 3-3-2-2 (5-3-2) EME. Quadruple winner twice in a row

I made the tactic trying my best to create Conte's 3-5-2 with Inter that won the Serie A. Formations with 5 men at the back just as an appeal to me.

    The roles are straight forward here. For the strikers ensure you have strikers with good aerial, one might have issue with finding a poacher with good aerial without good financial backing. The role you might have an issue with will probably the Trequartista. Found using a pure target man for the role is better instead of a pure Trequartista as that didn't work me. I bought Haaland for the role considering he had the attributes for it but was a bum there still I shifted him to poacher. For the Trequartista, I got Weghorst he scored a lot of goals from there but I had to depart with him cause of age. I swapped him for Vlahovic in the January window and you will see in the average rating, with a handful of matches Vlahovic was able to lead my team in that stats.

      You won't have the possession in most matches as the formation isn't possession based but you'll get a result. Ensure you have a good corner tactic as sometimes that might be the only way you can get a goal. Well, here it is. Do well to share your opinions.

Probably because it's proven to be incredibly effective for the poster.

I was surprised too. We conceded at least 20+ goals last season even though we won all cups. Only changes I made was buying Martinez from Villa cause De Gea doesn't always resign so I sold him. Only other significant change was we were playing a medium defensive line to start the last season and later on I changed to high to end. Nothing more. Seeing my team hold City down to Zero shot sometimes was a joy to see

I don't have the save anymore as I mistakenly saved another on it but my 11 was

           Pogba               Bruno 

        Haaland       Maxi Gomez

  You'll probably not be able to get both Gomez and Haaland in your first season, I'll recommend Weghorst in Wolfsburg for the trequartista and Almeria's Umar Sadiq if your club's budget is tight

I started as unknown manager at Stevenage, the players doubt that if i can make if at the club. Surprisingly the tactics did very well with the players. 

Of course we had wage problem so i end the loan players contract and put all the transfer budget to wage budget so i can hire staff. I exploit the loan and get 10 players to help the team to succeed.

The board aimed to stay safe at mid table. Conceded half less than the other top 3 teams. Legit wall of conte. Will trying to find a good strikers for the next season.

Thanks for trying it out and also  you're looking for strikers, the free agents is a good place to find them. Once you're in January of the next year, simply go to the search bar place and input expired contract, you should find a decent striker for a lower division team
