Is there any way to train player's weak foot other than using in game editor?

No, sorry, the feet stay the same and even get passed down to their regens, it's one of the few things that never change.

If developers implement something that allow us to train player's weak foot in future update, that would be amazing.

On the one hand I would love it! On the other hand I'd be crushed as it would be much harder to identify regens!  

But on balance, I'd take the change and train player's feet and forget the regens.
