Tactics Possession based attacking tactic

For managers that have a strong affinity for ultra possession of the ball like me, racking up to more than 500 completed passes in a match. This 4-1-2-2-1 formation setup is the bet. It's a setup that tends to base their short passing style more on the center of the pitch and make good use of the channels too. Key crosses or passes can come from any member of the team because there is a balance in the teamwork and creative freedom within, which makes me uninterested in assigning a playmaker that dictates the flow of the game.

Use in game editor ? There's no way just concede 2 goals in this year's game and play on premier league

Tried this in Germany with Wolfsburg and Italy with Venezia but it didn't really work. Maybe with a squad full of world class players it's more effective, but then most tactics are.

It wasn't disastrous when I tried it but nowhere near the 26-0-0 record posted here.

What?

He's playing FMM22 and has posted a 26-0-0 record with only 2 goals conceded.

No I mean he didn't show the players he use and in game editor ? Since it's hard to only 2 goals conceded

It seems right, you have to train your players overtime, it doesn't work with plug and play

No in game editor, because I felt it's unrealistic editing the game. You buy the players with right attributes and mentality and train them on the tactic overtime, then you see.

Keep it up season per season, then try to sign the right players too especially those willing to play for you and have no language barriers. Maintain them effectively on the tactic and they will get better match per match.

This tactic is actually aggressively defensive like it's not so much of a surprise he's not conceding much

The game menu does not mean it's hacked 

He just downloaded a new skin to the game 

It's all normal stuff

I remember this tactic as I searched like a month ago for fm22 mobile tactics. This guy didnt even use it and probably copy and pasted it of that website
