Chat moving clubs using changes.txt

anyone know if there's a (relatively straightforward) way using changes.txt to move clubs from league to league?

for example, I fancy putting nottingham forest in the premier league if possible...

I think it can be done as long as destination league is on the same country, try taking a look at this:

If that doesnt work, then you would need hex editing.

Oh, so you want an EPL updated database? I can make that for you - was planning on doing it soon anyways.

Nottingham would be a fantastic save next year for sure. It's been so long since the last time they were in the Prem.

I've made some progress, but currently is busy. It's easy to do though.
